We ship Noveltea Tins from our cozy mountain village in Mount Shasta, California. If it's a gift, we're happy to provide a message with your shipment, free of charge. Email us details on the card or include the details with Notes in your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee you'll love your Noveltea Tins or we'll give you your money back. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to provide a refund.
Quality Guarantee
If your Noveltea Tin arrive dented or bruised; please let us know and we will ship you a new, functioning tin free of charge. You can keep your original tin for decoration.
