We usually ship within 72 hours, but this may be slower during busy seasons. Inquire with us if you need your item faster. Add the 72 hour prep time to shipping time below for an estimate on when your package will arrive. We prep everything by hand and ship from Berkeley, CA.

Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee you'll love your Noveltea Tins or we'll give you your money back. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to provide a refund.
Quality Guarantee
If your Noveltea Tin arrive dented or bruised; please let us know and we will ship you a new, functioning tin free of charge. You can keep your original tin for decoration.
